Apple Oak Grove - ATC does hereby adopt and institute the following policies regarding minors attending Church sponsored events and activities, including by not limited to rituals, study classes and festivals.
1) The parents of all minors who wish to attend and/or participate in any of Apple Oak Grove - ATC activities must prior to allowing their child attend any activity of Apple Oak Grove - ATC meet with one or more of the Founders, Clergy or members of the Board of Directors of the Church to discuss the policy regarding minors.
2) Parents must sign a parental permission statement, medical permission form, medical information form, personal information form and waiver, in the presence of a Founder, Clergy or one or more of the Board of Directors of Apple Oak Grove - ATC, before a minor child may attend any activities of Apple Oak Grove - ATC .
3) A parent or guardian must attend all activities with their minor child/ren and are held responsible for their child’s behavior and conduct. If a parent or guardian cannot attend activities with the minor child they may seek out a responsible person over the age of 21 within the pagan community to become their child’s sponsor.
4) Apple Oak Grove - ATC does hereby state that all events and activities are rated PG-13 because some material discussed at our gatherings may be deemed unsuitable by some parents with children under the age of 13. We cannot censure the language of others at our gatherings and feel parents should be aware that graphic language and conversations do occur and we cannot guarantee your child may not overhear a word or conversation.
5) We do not allow any of the following at our activities or events:
a) Open or public sexual rites
b) Nudity
c) Violence
d) Drug use or abuse
e) Alcohol use by minors (alcohol may be allowed at some gatherings however not for minors)
f) Discrimination of race, creed, sexual orientation or preference
6) The Founders, the Board of Directors, Clergy, Elders, ministers or staff will not assume responsibility for minor children other than their own. Parents must monitor and be responsible for their children at all times.
