“Magic is believing in yourself, if you can do that, you can make anything happen." - Foka Gomez

Tim and Josh are digging the Tower's foundation. Tim is spreading the concrete for the tower foundation. The tower walls are now four feet tall, and the welded re-bar is place completely around behind the walls for the truck-in concrete.

The framework for the concrete foundation walls is done. Tim and Josh are working inside the tower pouring and spreading the foundation walls. We brought in this concrete with a pump truck. Advise from Tim . . . “When you think you have built all the framing you will need for concrete . . . ADD MORE!!!” Eight yards of concrete for the tower floor.

Finally, the tower foundation is done! The foundation walls are 3-ft wide. Now we can start building the walls. The tower walls are rising. The columns and a balcony from the first floor have been added to the tower.

The first floor walls were filled with concrete and rebar. Then the wall construction began on the second level of the tower. The wall studs are now inside the second level, and the roof is ready to be added on the tower. Tim built and placed this beautiful door for the tower balcony. He laid the sub flooring for the roofing.

Cap stones and spires have been added completely around the tower. The outside of the Tower is now done. We will add more statues to the cap stones and spires as we did on the Entry.

Tim is building the spiral staircase for inside. We have removed the temporary stairs in the Tower, and Tim is welding together the first level of the spiral stair case. Sanding and painting will be forthcoming. Copper railings will be added on the staircase when finish. Tim is cutting the steps to size, and we will be sanding
and staining them when all the welding is completed.

Yes, this is an old jail house door. It is from an old jail torn down in the Buford Pusser area. Tim has welded the second level of the stair case that extends to the roof of the tower.
